Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Pliego, each piece is carefully designed and produced in limited quantities. Because of this, we do not offer refunds.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges only, within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • The item must be free of stains, odors, or any signs of wear

We reserve the right to reject any exchange that does not meet these conditions.

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If your desired item is not available, you may choose another item of equal or higher value (paying the difference if applicable)

  • We do not hold inventory for exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

  • Accessories (if applicable)

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at pliego.store001@gmail.com

We will review your case and provide a solution.
